Apart from HR consultancy in a range of sectors, its also essential to have practical management experience so that you can be supported in a practical way.  My breadth of experience in business and managing teams from the whole spectrum of sectors, with differing challenges, styles, visions and motivators, means you get pragmatic and commercial advice, that fits with the modern business world and facilitates solutions that fit with your needs. I work effectively and dynamically with any client and any HR issue.  I know the barriers because I've had to face them at some stage in my working carrier, so that means I can anticipate them and hopefully prevent issues before they happen.

Since achieving the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in 2002 I have been able to couple my business acumen with my legal and HR experience to provide support for clients that is pragmatic and solution led.  And during the past 14 years I have helped hundreds of clients whilst working for a well respected HR and H&S consultancy, initially as a Senior HR Consultant with some of that time doing the internal Group HR role, and for the past 18 months as Head of HR Consulting.

I am passionate about ensuring I build the strongest of relations and maintain professional integrity at all times, and this, along with a 'lets get the problem solved' approach, is why I believe it's the basis for a successful relationship, and infact so do many of the clients I have worked with.  See for yourself in the testimonials tab above.
